1. Initially we get the demand via E-Mail/ Fax/ Mail. We acknowledge receipt. We also let client know the involved expenditures i.e. Government Fees, Visa Fees and services charges. 
  2. After accepting terms and conditions, we demand the necessary documents from the client. According to Government of Pakistan immigration rules, relevant documents should be attested from Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Power of Attorney for Saudi   companies will be acceptable through Local Agent as per new Saudi Embassy new procedure and for other countries Power of Attorney and demand letters must be attested from Pakistan Embassy/Pakistani Consulate.
  3. After receiving complete documents we prepare advertisement sample with cost and forward for approval of the client.
  4. Approved sample is advertised in one of the leading Newspaper of the Country.
  5. Received applications are short listed according to the job description provided.
  6. Short listed applications are forwarded to client for further screening or we carried out the final selection through interviews/Written tests and trade test if company directs.
  7. If the client wishes physically test/interview the candidate, we ask the dates of interview   from the client and make the arrangements accordingly.
  8. Selected candidates are referred for Medical cheek-up from approved G.C.C. approved medical centers.
  9. We submit their passport for visa stamping and arrange the flights.
  10. Client is weekly updated about the complete above mentioned process.
